On Saturday, July 21, I presented about mission theology and my mission experience to the East Ohio Mission u (formerly the School of Christian Mission). Mission u is an annual summer opportunity for lay women to learn about contemporary social and mission issues and their responsibility to fulfilling the mission work of the church. Mission u is a ministry of the United Methodist Women, the lay women’s organization of The United Methodist Church. The East Ohio gathering included over 60 women from northeast Ohio.
